Your SSL Certificate order reports a status of "Failed Security Review"
This occurs when one or more of GeoTrust's security review checks fails.
When an order fails the security review, it is necessary to contact GeoTrust customer support who can assist you with the extra steps necessary to validate and continue with the order.

You will need to quote your GeoTrust Order Number which can be found by looking at the order information displayed within your DomFlow Portal order.
